Also, the software seems to be released a bit prematurely making me feel like a beta tester rather than a user of their product. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to find it in the first place. I'm his 'go to' computer guy, I'm a web designer, and have been using QB PRO isince 2002 and literally had to finally tell him, 'Stay put until Intuit gets their act together'. Is it just me, or is finding QB desktop upgrade for 2021 near impossible? I have a friend who wants to upgrade from 2018.
